About the Internship
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern who can create engaging content for social media marketing, property promotions, and branding campaigns. The candidate should have a good eye for design, video storytelling, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Videos, YouTube Shorts, and Promotional Videos.
Create engaging property walkthrough videos and project highlight reels.
Add transitions, effects, captions, background music, and motion graphics.
Optimize videos for social media platforms.
Graphic Designing
Design social media creatives, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and ad creatives.
Create Meta Ads creatives for Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
Design real estate marketing materials and branding assets.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
Content Creation & Shoot
Assist in property site visits for video shooting and photography.
Capture project highlights, amenities, location advantages, and customer testimonials.
Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and execution.
Required Skills
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
After Effects (Preferred)
Canva
CapCut / VN Editor
Preferred Qualities
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels and trending content formats.
Interest in Real Estate Marketing.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
