About the Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a UX/UI Design Intern passionate about crafting seamless mobile and web experiences. Along with creativity and technical skills, we value discipline, commitment, and professionalism. Regular attendance, timely communication, and consistency in work are key expectations from this role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for mobile and web applications.
2. Support user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
3. Create responsive and adaptive layouts across devices and platforms.
4. Contribute to and maintain the design system/style guide.
5. Collaborate with developers and product teams for accurate design implementation.
6. Stay updated with mobile & web design standards, trends, and best practices.

Professional Expectations:

1. Punctuality: Adhere to deadlines and scheduled meetings.
2. Regularity: Maintain consistent participation throughout the internship.
3. Attendance: Mandatory presence in all planned sessions (approval required for absences).
4. Accountability: Communicate proactively in case of delays or challenges.

Eligibility:

1. Students or recent graduates in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. A portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects is highly preferred.

1. Duration: 2-6 months
2. Location: Remote
3. Stipend: Unpaid + PPO opportunity (performance-based)

5. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (must-have).

8. Team player with good collaboration and communication skills.
9. Awareness of social impact, accessibility, and inclusive design is a plus.
10. Prior experience in portfolio projects, hackathons, or freelance design work is preferred.
