1. Reviewing and resolving customer inquiries and tickets in a timely manner
2. Managing our online community and engaging with customers through social media platforms
3. Analyzing data and generating reports to track customer satisfaction and feedback
4. Collaborating with the customer service team to improve processes and enhance customer experience
5. Assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment
6. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas
7. Supporting other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
