About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
2. Assist in lead generation and qualification through telephonic conversations.
3. Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.
4. Follow scripts and professionally handle customer objections.
5. Support the sales team with follow-up calls and appointment scheduling.
6. Collect feedback from potential customers to improve sales strategies.
