About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
2. Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
3. Interact with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
4. Greet customers politely and introduce the company and its offerings.
5. Identify customer needs and provide accurate and relevant information.
6. Build trust and rapport through clear and effective communication.
7. Manage and handle assigned leads efficiently.
8. Call allocated leads daily as per the follow-up schedule.
9. Update call status accurately (Interested/Not Interested/Follow-up/Callback).
10. Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.
11. Maintain proper records and handle customers responsibly throughout the sales process.
