About the Internship:At Humanity Founders, we believe that talent is the foundation of success. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work alongside our HR team to support and enhance our recruitment efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and learning about HR practices in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in posting job openings across multiple job portals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct phone interviews and support in evaluating candidates.
5. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records.
6. Draft and update job descriptions for open positions.
7. Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts.
8. Participate in talent outreach activities.
9. Help with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
10. Research and recommend potential candidate sourcing strategies.
