About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the company.
2. Manage job postings across portals and social platforms to attract top talent.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and share timely feedback with candidates.
4. Support the team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
6. Research recruitment trends and best practices to optimize hiring strategies.
7. Assist in writing and updating job descriptions to ensure they are inclusive and appealing.
