About the Internship

This role is not a typical HR position - it involves guiding a motivated team of interns, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and contributing meaningfully to social impact initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead, guide, and support a team of interns to keep them motivated, active, and consistently engaged.
2. Maintain and update intern activity records, prepare simple reports, and highlight performance insights.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and offboarding.
4. Build and maintain partnerships with vendors to enhance candidate sourcing and overall support for Pawzz.
5. Improve team morale through engaging activities, creative initiatives, and personalized support.
6. Prepare essential documents such as offer letters, certificates, and LORs accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, possess strong leadership qualities, and want their efforts to directly contribute to improving the lives of dogs and animals in need.
