What You'll Do (AKA Your Day Job)Social Media Growth
1. Own and manage Restyle's social media calendar with daily content across Instagram.
2. Create engaging Reels, carousels, memes, trend-based content, and stories.
3. Write captions that drive engagement, conversations, and shares.
4. Monitor trends, viral formats, and cultural moments before everyone else jumps on them.
5. Use AI tools smartly to speed up execution—but never let content feel robotic.
Community Building
1. Actively search for posts where people are looking to sell clothes, declutter wardrobes, or ask where they can resell fashion.
Leave witty, brand-relevant comments (think Zomato, Swiggy, Netflix style marketing) that create curiosity and drive profile visits.
2. Engage with fashion creators, influencers, and resale communities daily.
Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly.
Seller Acquisition
1. Build and maintain a database of potential sellers and conduct outreach through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
2. Schedule calls and meetings with prospective seller to convince them to list their products on Restyle.
3. Track outreach and onboarding progress systematically by maintaining excel
Growth Targets
Grow ReStyle's Instagram from 0 to 1000 followers organically.
Onboard 100 verified sellers in the first month.
Continuously identify opportunities to increase awareness and seller signups.
