About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Supervision of day-to-day construction activities at site
• Monitoring execution work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Quality checking of RCC, masonry, plaster and finishing work
• Checking line, level, dimensions and workmanship at site
• Coordination with contractor, architect, consultants and management team
• Monitoring manpower deployment and daily site activities
• Maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Preparing and updating weekly progress schedules
• Tracking actual progress against planned schedules
• Reporting delays, quality concerns and site observations to management
• Monitoring material receipt, usage and site handling
• Checking reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works before casting
• Maintaining site records, registers and documentation
• Ensuring proper curing and workmanship standards at site
• Assisting in billing measurements and quantity verification
• Coordinating inspections and testing activities at site
• Ensuring execution as per approved GFC drawings and instructions
• Maintaining discipline, safety and housekeeping at site
• Immediately reporting any technical issue, delay or discrepancy observed during execution
