1. Convert retail outlets into Paramat Master Stores through direct sales efforts
2. Pitch products to dealers and close sales on a daily basis
3. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to secure deals
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners
5. Drive on-ground sales and contribute to brand growth
6. Engage in conversations to influence buying decisions
7. Support expansion of distribution and market presence
8. Collaborate across teams to understand business strategy and execution
