About the Internship
Junior Associate Recruiter – Key Responsibilities🔍 Talent Sourcing & Screening
Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines regularly.
💬 Candidate Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to offer stage.
📊 Recruitment Operations
Support senior recruiters in managing multiple open roles.
Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
🤝 Collaboration & Support
Work closely with HR and hiring teams to understand role requirements.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
🧠 Learning & Development
Stay updated on recruitment trends and sourcing tools.
Shadow senior recruiters to learn negotiation and client‑handling skills.
Build foundational knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes.
