About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist students and job seekers in understanding suitable career paths based on their interests, skills, and goals
2. Guide candidates regarding internships, job opportunities, skill development programs, and career growth options
3. Conduct counseling sessions through calls, messages, or virtual meetings to address career-related queries
4. Support the career counseling team in lead follow-ups and student engagement activities
5. Help explain course offerings, certifications, and career advancement opportunities provided by Career Domain
6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling progress, and follow-up schedules
7. Build strong relationships with potential candidates by offering personalized career guidance
8. Coordinate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure smooth candidate conversion
9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging careers, and educational opportunities
10. Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and awareness sessions on career planning
11. Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and professional development
12. Contribute to achieving counseling and conversion goals through effective communication and relationship management
