About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Market and User Research:
1. Conduct research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and needs.
2. Assist in gathering feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
3. Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.

b. Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Analyze product metrics, customer data, and market trends to support decision-making.
2. Work with senior PMs to create reports that outline product performance and user behavior.
3. Help in interpreting A/B test results and customer feedback to improve product strategies.

c. Assist in Creating PRDs (Product Requirement Documents):
1. Contribute to writing clear, detailed PRDs that define features, functionality, and requirements.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and product features.
3. Gather and consolidate inputs from stakeholders to ensure all product requirements are addressed.

d. Cross-functional Collaboration:
1. Participate in meetings with design, development, and marketing teams to understand how different functions work together to deliver the product.
2. Assist in coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely and efficient product launches.
3. Help maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment between teams.

e. Support Product Launches and Iterations:
1. Help in tracking and managing the product launch timelines and deliverables.
2. Participate in monitoring product performance post-launch and assist with gathering feedback for iteration.
3. Assist in managing product backlog and prioritizing feature requests.

f. Documentation and Process Improvement:
1. Maintain up-to-date documentation on product specs, user stories, and project timelines.
2. Help improve product management processes and workflows for better efficiency.
3. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team through reports and presentations.

g. Learning and Development:
1. Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to learn about best practices in product management.
2. Work closely with mentors to understand the strategic and tactical aspects of managing a product.
3. Engage in ongoing learning to better understand the principles and methodologies used in product management.
