About the role
This is a hands-on generalist role working directly with the founder. You won't be limited to one narrow function — you'll do research, content, AI experimentation, and real execution across the business. If you're an aspiring product manager or founder yourself, this is the closest you'll get to seeing how things actually work from the inside, before you build your own thing.
What you'll do

Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and clients — and turn findings into clear, structured summaries and recommendations
Write and edit content: documents, proposals, social posts, and internal playbooks
Experiment with AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms) to make our work faster and better — and document what works
Own tasks end-to-end across operations and client projects: coordination, follow-ups, and execution that doesn't need chasing
Work directly with the founder on new initiatives and see decisions being made in real time

Who should apply

You're sharp, disciplined, and dependable — deadlines mean something to you, and things assigned to you get done
You're curious by default: when you hit something you don't know, you figure it out first and ask smart questions after
You use AI tools daily and can show at least one thing you've built, automated, or seriously experimented with
You write clearly in English — structured thinking shows in structured writing
Bonus: you can code (Python/JS) or use no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
