Software Product Manager
Entrepreneur Growth Lab is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Software Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution for our digital software products. Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

The selected Product Manager’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Define and Execute Strategy: Own the software product roadmap from concept through deployment, utilizing strong Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SDLC principles to ensure maximum impact and value for our digital platforms.
2. Prioritize and Plan: Exercise excellent Prioritization and Project Management skills to manage the feature backlog, define and document clear software requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for the engineering team.
3. Coordinate and Collaborate: Act as the central hub for software product development, demonstrating superior Collaboration and Coordination by working closely with software engineering, UX/UI design, and business teams.
4. Manage Risk and Solve Problems: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential issues using sound Risk Management and Problem Solving techniques specific to digital projects to keep development cycles on track.
5. Technical Acumen: Engage with developers on the technical feasibility and implementation details of product capabilities, showing familiarity with foundational software programming concepts like Python and JavaScript, and leveraging No-code development tools where appropriate for rapid iteration.
6. Maintain Documentation: Ensure clarity and accuracy across all software specifications and user documentation through meticulous Document Management and rigorous Document Review.
7. Drive Efficiency: Utilize effective Time Management to deliver high-quality results efficiently, and maintain professional communication through high English Proficiency (Spoken).

3. Exceptional organizational skills, including Project Management, Prioritization, Time Management, and Document Management.
4. Expertise in Risk Management and strategic Problem Solving.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for Collaboration and cross-functional Coordination.
6. Technical familiarity with programming concepts (JavaScript, Python) and No-code development tools, relevant to digital product creation.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication (English Proficiency (Spoken)).
