About the Internship

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to help elevate the visual identity and user interface of the SplitVors mobile app. You will work directly with the founder and development team to modernize our app interfaces, focusing on our signature "OLED & Neon" dark theme (incorporating our primary Plum and Electric Purple brand colors) and neumorphic design principles.

If you are passionate about fintech, love designing sleek "financial cockpits," and want hands-on experience building a product that thousands of people use, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities: App Interface Modernization: Redesign and refine existing screens (like the dashboard, unified wallet, and group ledger) to ensure they align with our premium, high-contrast dark mode aesthetic.

Asset Creation: Design interactive UI elements, buttons, icons, and high-visibility notifications using our brand's vibrant accent colors.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity clickable prototypes (using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools) for upcoming features.

Design System Maintenance: Help build and maintain a consistent component library and design system for the app, ensuring seamless handoffs to the development team.

User-Centric Iteration: Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to identify friction points in the app and design intuitive, frictionless solutions to improve the user journey.

Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across the Android app, iOS/Web app, and promotional marketing materials.

Who We Are Looking For: The Aesthete: You have a strong eye for modern, minimalist mobile design. You understand color theory, typography, and how to use deep contrasts to make UI elements "pop" without causing eye strain.

The Problem Solver: You believe that design isn't just about making things look pretty—it's about removing friction and making complex data (like group debts and personal budgets) easy to understand at a glance.

The Tool Master: You are highly proficient in Figma (or equivalent design software) and understand how to organize layers, components, and auto-layouts.

The Learner: You are open to constructive feedback, eager to learn about fintech user behavior, and excited to build in public.

Note that the company is not registered and is, moreover, a project of mine, so any employment letter would not be valid due to non-registration, with no certificate being provided. That being said, your payment would be on time after 30 days of start.

For that, we would have an assignment.
