About the Internship
Role Objective:Ensure seamless payroll operations by supporting salary processing, compliance checks, and employee data accuracy. This role acts as an execution backbone to maintain payroll efficiency and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives).
2. Maintain and validate employee data in HRMS.
3. Support PF, ESIC, TDS, and compliance activities.
4. Handle employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR/Finance.
5. Generate basic payroll reports and maintain documentation.
