About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Designing and detailing mechanical components and assemblies in CAD (FreeCAD / Fusion 360).
2. Building, assembling, and iterating on physical prototypes.
3. Supporting fabrication, machining, and 3D-printing of parts.
4. Applying GD&T and Design-for-Manufacturing principles to production-ready designs.
5. Running and documenting bench tests, capturing data, and reporting findings.
6. Collaborating with the electronics and design teams on integrated EV sub-systems.
7. Extensive documentation and PLM process
