About the Internship
Third Wave Coffee is one of India’s fastest-growing coffee brands, focused on delivering high-quality coffee experiences through thoughtfully designed cafés and innovative offerings. Our cafés serve as a powerful platform to engage customers, drive trials, and build deeper brand affinity. Our cafés are the easiest and most effective space to generate product trials. As a Café Activations Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and café operations teams to design, execute, and evaluate in-café activations aimed at driving awareness and trials for AHC through visual merchandising, samplings, coffee tastings, and customer interactions. This is a hands-on, field + planning role ideal for someone interested in brand marketing, consumer experience, and on-ground execution.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and support in-café activation experiments to drive trials and interest in AHC
2. Assist in designing visual merchandising elements (table talkers, standees, counter displays, etc.)
3. Coordinate and execute sampling programs, coffee tastings, and barista-led conversations
4. Work closely with café teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution of activations
5. Collect customer feedback and insights during activations
6. Track basic metrics such as trials generated, customer engagement, and feedback
7. Prepare post-activation reports with observations, learnings, and recommendations
8. Support the marketing team with any other brand activation initiatives as required
