About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee and optimize the lead allocation process by ensuring all incoming leads from campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources are correctly assigned to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams for prompt action.
2. Monitor the entire lead lifecycle within MIS systems—from initial entry to site visits, follow-ups, and final closures—while ensuring data accuracy and minimizing lead leakage.
3. Assist in performance evaluation through MIS reports by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, and operational inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven improvements.
4. Maintain a centralized and accurate lead database while preparing regular reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and pipeline performance.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field operations to ensure smooth data flow and consistent reporting standards.
6. Track real-time lead activities through MIS dashboards and proactively flag issues such as unattended walk-ins, delayed responses, or process bottlenecks to improve customer experience and team productivity.
