About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Curriculum design: Design standards-aligned lesson plans, learning paths, and scaffolded instructional blueprints across Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies.
2. Assessments: Create diverse assessments (formative, summative, and performance-based) to effectively measure student proficiency and learning objectives.
3. Digital content authoring: Develop high-quality, interactive e-learning modules using platforms like Articulate Rise, integrating multimedia, simulations, and visual models.
4. Inclusive learning: Design differentiated practice problems and real-world tasks tailored to support diverse learner needs.
5. Collaboration & QA: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine content, incorporate feedback, and ensure all materials meet pedagogical standards.
6. AI integration: Leverage AI tools to assist in content drafting and media creation, validating all AI-generated outputs for accuracy and standards alignment.
