About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reach out to borrowers via phone calls to follow up on overdue payments and recover pending dues.
2. Manage a portfolio of commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure consistent repayment tracking.
3. Promptly update all call details, payment discussions, and customer interactions in the app.
4. Maintain regular communication with borrowers until the resolution or closure of each case.
5. Work towards achieving assigned recovery and performance targets within the defined timelines.
6. Coordinate with internal teams regarding escalations, repossession updates, and case resolutions.
7. Comply with all process requirements, audit standards, and company policies.
8. Negotiate repayment terms and assist with account restructuring when required.
9. Ensure every case is updated with accurate remarks and the correct disposition.
