About the Internship
As an HR intern at Unessa Foundation in Vadodara, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while making a positive impact on the community.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new employee paperwork.
2. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Assisting with employee relations by addressing workplace issues and providing support to staff.
4. Participating in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

7. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
