About the Internship
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positionsUnderstand client requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates using platforms like Internshala, Shine, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Actively use LinkedIn sourcing and networking for candidate outreach
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment performance reports
