About the Internship

1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job listings and scheduling interviews
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies
3. Assisting with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
4. Supporting the HR team in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
6. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
