About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Coordinate and schedule regular team meetings while ensuring effective communication among volunteers.
2. Assist in the onboarding of new centres and volunteers by conducting orientation and induction sessions.
3. Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.
4. Maintain accurate records of volunteer details, attendance, and centre information.
5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and project progress.
6. Ensure proper documentation of all sessions, including attendance, session summaries, feedback, and supporting records.
7. Maintain organized digital documentation and HR databases for easy access and future reference.
8. Follow up with volunteers and centre coordinators to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
9. Act as a communication bridge between the HR team, project coordinators, and volunteers.
10. Support volunteer engagement initiatives and contribute to the smooth execution of organizational activities.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours- 6 hours required everyday (Between 10 AM and 10 PM)
Zoom presence compulsory during selected working hours
