About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
2. Support intern onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication with newly selected candidates.
3. Observe and assist in HR operations, including intern engagement and coordination activities.
4. Participate in virtual HR meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
5. Conduct basic research on HR practices, engagement strategies, and current industry trends as required.
6. Assist in preparing HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
7. Maintain weekly progress reports on assigned tasks and learning outcomes.
8. Support organisational outreach initiatives, including awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
9. Assist in fundraising and outreach efforts by supporting campaigns, spreading awareness, and identifying potential contributors.
