About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
3. Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation.
4. Support onboarding of new interns and volunteers.
5. Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and agreements.
6. Help maintain recruitment and performance tracking sheets.
7. Support HR team in team engagement and coordination activities.
8. Make fair and unbiased hiring decisions.
9. Manage multiple job roles/interviews simultaneously.
