About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in creating job descriptions
2. Support onboarding activities for new hires
3. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
5. Conduct and coordinate interview schedules
6. Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare a recruitment report
7. Coordinate with university career centers to establish and maintain recruitment partnerships
8. Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives
9. Develop and maintain relationships with college placement officers
10. Help organize assessment tests, group discussions, and interview processes during campus drives
