About the Internship
Job Description- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates for interview updates and follow-ups.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Documentation of new joiners.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.
- Assist in day-to-day HR and talent acquisition tasks.
