About the Internship
1. Tech RecruitmentSource candidates for tech roles (SDEs, QA, Product, etc.) via LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen resumes based on tech stack, experience, and role fit
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS hygiene
Assist in employer branding and outreach initiatives
2. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Schedule and manage interview loops efficiently
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
3. HR Operations Support
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain employee records and HR trackers
Support in policy documentation and compliance-related tasks
