About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source and screen candidates with attention to behavioral fit and cultural alignment.
2. Coordinate interviews and assist with psychometric or behavioral assessments.
3. Facilitate onboarding, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
4. Conduct weekly intern check-ins, focusing on well-being, motivation, and progress tracking.
5. Handle conflict resolution with empathy, fairness, and psychological understanding.
6. Organize engagement activities to enhance productivity and reduce stress.
7. Support HR meetings, policy communication, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
