About the Internship
Growth Marketing & Performance InternSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates); track key performance metrics and create campaign dashboards in Excel.
2. Assist with A/B testing of creatives and landing pages; analyse and visualize results using Excel charts, pivot tables, and formulas.
3. Build regular marketing reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation—organizing and communicating insights using Excel.
4. Conduct market research and simple audience segmentation; summarize findings in presentations or Excel-based reports.
5. Support growth initiatives (display, affiliates, referral, influencer, outreach) and create Excel models to measure impact.
6. Use AI for Automation & Productivity: Apply AI tools to streamline tasks like data cleanup, report generation, and campaign scheduling, boosting efficiency and decision-making speed.
