About the Internship
About the jobWe are looking for a highly skilled full stack engineer with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, owning end-to-end development, and leading a team of 12 developers while collaborating closely with
product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Technical responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and React.js
2. Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
3. Work with MongoDB for data modeling, performance optimization, and scalability
4. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and optimized frontend architectures using Next.js
5. Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
6. Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code
7. Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
B. DevOps & infrastructure:
1. Apply hands-on experience with DevOps practices
2. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
3. Deploy and monitor applications across environments
4. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
5. Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
C. Team leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 12 developers
2. Task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
3. Conduct regular code reviews and technical guidance sessions
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Ensure timely delivery of features and releases
