About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist the event management team in the planning, execution, and on-ground coordination of luxury wedding events.
Support pre-event preparations, including vendor follow-ups, logistics planning, guest management, and production coordination.
Execute assigned responsibilities during wedding festivities such as Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding Ceremony, Reception, and after-parties.
Coordinate with decorators, production teams, artists, photographers, hospitality teams, and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in guest hospitality, registration, VIP handling, and troubleshooting during live events.
Ensure timely setup, quality checks, and smooth execution of event deliverables according to event timelines.
Manage backstage operations, artist coordination, cue execution, and movement of event assets wherever required.
Handle inventory management, event materials, and coordination of logistics before, during, and after each function.
Maintain constant communication with team leads and promptly resolve operational challenges during event execution.
Be willing to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with extended working hours during event days, including weekends, late nights, and travel for destination weddings, whenever required.
Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach while representing the company on-site.
The intern's responsibilities will vary based on the scale, format, and requirements of each wedding event. Detailed role-specific briefings and task allocations will be provided by the event leads prior to every event, and interns will be expected to execute the delegated responsibilities with accountability and efficiency.
