About the Internship
As an Event Management intern at 3 Ace Digital, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the event planning industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for organizing and executing successful events, as well as strong English proficiency both written and spoken.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and coordination of various corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and networking sessions.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and guest lists.
4. Assist with on-site event management, including set-up, logistics coordination, and attendee registration.
5. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
6. Collaborate with marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
