About the Internship
As an Event Management intern at Digi Monk, you will have the exciting opportunity to apply your skills in event management, team management, and marketing strategy to create memorable experiences for our clients. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, MS-PowerPoint, and ability to work collaboratively with a team will be key in ensuring the success of our events.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
2. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance
4. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts and themes
5. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure events stay within financial constraints
6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
7. Evaluate the success of events through post-event feedback and analysis to identify areas for improvement and future growth.
