About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1.We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to generate quality leads for our online digital marketing agency
2.Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Work closely with the content and design team for high-converting creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and submit weekly reports with actionable insights.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
3.hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
Proven track record of generating leads through paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
Experience with lead generation funnels and landing pages.
Analytical mindset with excellent optimization skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in the education, EdTech, or online learning industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
