About the Internship
Internship Opportunity – Performance Marketing / App Growth InternWe are looking for a smart and result-oriented Internship Candidate who has practical knowledge of running paid advertisements for mobile app growth and user acquisition.
The primary goal of this role is to increase mobile app installations, lead generation, and brand visibility through digital advertising platforms.
Important:
Only candidates who know how to run ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) and understand app promotion strategies should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Drive mobile app installs with cost-effective user acquisition strategies.
Generate quality leads, sign-ups, and conversions through ad campaigns.
Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, keywords, and campaign budgets for better ROI.
Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS, and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with design/content teams for banners, videos, and promotional creatives.
Run remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve installs and engagement.
Research competitors’ ads and suggest growth strategies for better market reach.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns.
Improve app visibility, downloads, and branding across multiple digital platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of App Install Campaigns
Understanding of CPI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Tracking
Creative mindset for ad copies and campaigns
Basic analytics knowledge (Google Analytics / Firebase is a plus)
