About the Internship
Key Responsibilities (10 areas)1. Run the weekly Reddit signal engine. Using a pre-built prompt, identify high-intent CFO, AP, and procurement discussions across r/CFO, r/Accounting, r/FPandA, r/supplychain, r/logistics, r/procurement, and adjacent communities. Score posts by intent and surface 5–10 priority threads per week.
2. Draft community engagement content. Write Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn comment drafts using anchor templates and verbatim practitioner quotes from our research. Founder reviews and posts; you draft, refine, and track responses.
3. Run weekly keyword research. Use Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Trends to expand seed keyword lists. Map keywords to content types (BOFU, AEO, programmatic). Refresh weekly based on what's actually performing.
4. Pull and analyze Google Search Console data every Friday. Identify top queries, striking-distance opportunities (impressions >30, position 8–20, low CTR), and rising queries. Run our weekly keyword refresh AI prompt with this data. Output a refreshed content backlog.
5. Write SEO content briefs. For BOFU comparison pages, AEO answer pages, and programmatic SEO templates. Each brief includes target keyword, H1, meta description, internal link plan, and citation map drawn from authoritative sources (Microsoft, SAP, APQC, AFP, CFO.com).
6. Build narrow outbound prospect lists. Use Apollo + LinkedIn Sales Navigator + BuiltWith to build US SMB lists filtered by revenue band, ERP installed, and intent signals. Target 200–400 named contacts per week, not 4,000.
7. Submit and manage third-party directory listings. G2, Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice, Crunchbase, ProductHunt. Track listing completeness, review acquisition, and corroboration signals for AI grounding.
8. Repackage research into lead magnets. Convert our 20-thread Reddit practitioner research into a published report, a 14-point diagnostic checklist, and a one-page ROI explainer. These power our email capture and webinar funnel.
9. Run weekly AI visibility tests. Query ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for our 5 standard test queries. Log whether Finnacer / ValueXPA / FynFlo content is cited. Track competitor citation patterns to inform content strategy.
10. Maintain the inbound performance dashboard. Be the source of truth for the founder's weekly review: Reddit signal sheet, content publishing calendar, GSC trend tracker, outbound funnel numbers, AI citation log. Week-over-week metrics, clearly presented.
