About the Internship
We’re looking for a 'Sales and Marketing Intern' who is passionate about fitness, eager to learn, and ready to take on real-world challenges. This internship offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions - perfect for someone who wants to understand how brands grow and connect with customers.As a 'Sales and Marketing Intern' at FitBae, you will assist in building brand awareness, reaching new customers, and driving growth through creative marketing strategies and direct sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and sales executives to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote Fitbae's services and products.
2. Support the sales team in generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining relationships.
3. Help manage social media content and engagement to build brand visibility.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Participate in offline and online promotions, events, or fitness collaborations.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
7. Track and report the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
