1. Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
2. Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance
3. Track and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
4. Generate high-quality leads at optimal costs through performance campaigns
5. Run campaigns targeting consumers, retailers, and B2B audiences
6. Continuously experiment and iterate campaigns to improve results
7. Analyse campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
8. Manage live campaigns with real budgets and performance targets
9. Contribute to building and scaling the company’s performance marketing engine
10. Collaborate on strategy, funnel optimization, and conversion-focused initiatives
