About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Search job portals, government websites, and company career pages daily to identify new vacancy advertisements.
2. Download and systematically organize PDF vacancy notices in a structured digital archive.
3. Extract key details from each PDF, including post name, location, salary, last date, advertisement number, advertisement date, age limit, required qualifications, and specialization. Use of deepseek to analyse PDF's
4. Cross-check extracted data against the original PDF to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Convert raw data into a structured format (Excel/Google Sheets) with standardized columns for easy analysis and feeding into website backend.
6. Categorize vacancies on basis of qualifications.
7. Flag urgent deadlines (e.g., applications closing within 7 days) for priority processing.
8. Prepare and submit a daily report summarizing processed vacancies, highlighting trends and key findings.
9. Use PDF extraction tools (Adobe Acrobat, Smallpdf) efficiently and suggest workflow improvements.
10. Collaborate with the team to refine data extraction methods and address any challenges.
