About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage call assignments to service centers.
2. Contact customers to schedule services according to their requirements.
3. Make follow-up calls with customers post-service completion to ensure satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with senior executives to ensure timely processing and resolution of customer claims.
5. Ability to multitask (system work + customer interaction)
