About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Research trending story themes, genres, and audience preferences.
2. Brainstorm fresh story ideas, character concepts, and plot twists.
3. Write short story outlines, beat sheets, and episode summaries.
4. Assist senior writers in developing audio drama scripts.
5. Adapt existing stories into audio-friendly formats.
6. Maintain story bibles, character arcs, and continuity documents.
7. Help identify viral storytelling hooks for audience retention.
8. Watch/listen to competitor content and prepare content analysis reports.
9. Participate in writers' room discussions and creative brainstorming sessions.
10. Support content team in script formatting and documentation.
