1. Demonstrate knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements
2. Conducte research and analysis on regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate governance
3. Supporte the preparation of board meeting materials and documentation
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards
5. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to corporate governance matters
6. Support the drafting of notices and circulars
7. Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders for compliance-related activities
8. Apply knowledge of AOC-4 and MGT-7 in compliance processes
