Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Spot trending content formats on Reels and TikTok — especially in astrology, wellness, and self-discovery
2. Draft weekly content — captions, video ideas, hooks, carousels — for our 18–30 female audience
3. Share a weekly content plan with mentor before anything goes live
4. Track performance (saves, shares, follows) and share what's working each week
5. Pitch your own ideas freely — creative instinct is what we're hiring for
