About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:As a Sales Intern at Walnut Publication, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced publishing environment. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written forms to communicate effectively with potential clients.
1. Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our range of services.
3. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Assist in preparing reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
