About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in target segments such as engineering firms, architectural practices, construction companies, and project consultancies globally.
Write and send personalized cold emails to initiate conversations and secure interest.
Identify and qualify prospective leads using research tools, industry databases, and online profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth hand-off of leads for proposal and conversion.
Build targeted lead lists aligned with company growth goals.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Continuously refine messaging based on response rates and feedback.
